What happened?

doesnt really change anything important, but I'd assume this is supposed to just be 0.1

Minecraft Version

1.20.1

Ice and Fire version

2.1.13-1.20.1-beta-4

Citadel version

2.6.0-1.20.1

Relevant log output

nothing relevant would log, it's just a rounding error.

Other Information

I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue

https://github.com/AlexModGuy/Ice_and_Fire/blob/1.20/src/main/java/com/github/alexthe666/iceandfire/config/ServerConfig.java#L168 looks like this is just a forge api issue or something, dont know if there's anything that can/needs to be done about that
