[Request] Element/Matrix for windows7

hi alex,

thank you for your awesome work! thorium, mercury, your win7 page,... thank you!

sadly element (matrix client) is now "unusable" on windows7 as the element/matrix team changed something on the file api (not sure if my wording is right, see ticket links below). with the new api old clients (compatible to windows7) cannot upload or download files anymore. the solution of the element team is just "update" your client.

i think the official issue (closed) is:

Element tries to use the deprecated media endpoints on a server enacting the freeze
element-hq/element-web#28011

@Alex313031 any chance you resurrect element on win7? @win32ss or maybe you can help? https://github.com/win32ss/supermium-electron brought my hopes up but the repo looks quite silent.
