Include instructions for DAT installation for XIPivot on Ashita

Great job on providing remapster as pivot compatible overlay.

It would be nice to have a guide an how to install remapster on XIPivot on Ashita for those players that prefer it.
Setup there is a lot easier as you get a UI via the /pivot command which tells you where to extract stuff,
shows if it's in the right place and allows you to enable without modifying any config files manually.

In case you're too busy or would only consider it if that guide already existed in some form,
poke me and I'm sure we can work something out.
