Some users reporting vstorage error in wallet UI when connected to mainnet

Describe the bug

https://wallet.agoric.app/wallet (mainnet) is showing:

• error toast: 'Error in wallet backend: could not get vstorage path: unknown request'
• error in UI: 'Error connecting to wallet at https://main.agoric.net/network-config'

At least two users reported this issue.
One user has apparently created a wallet successfully. In Vaults UI - they can connect fine. For PSM - it's read only.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have been unable to reproduce but for reported users:

1. Go to https://wallet.agoric.app/wallet (mainnet)
2. See error per screenshot below

Expected behavior

User should not see error - they should see their purses

Platform Environment

• what OS are you using? what version of Node.js?
• is there anything special/unusual about your platform?
• what version of the Agoric-SDK are you using? (run git describe --tags --always)
