Install Filza or whatever, and then navigate to:
/var/mobile/Containers/Shared/AppGroup/group.amywhile.aemulo/
Open and edit TagDatabase.sqlite3. I edited it on Windows using SQLiteStudio and then overwrote it back to the device.
Change the "name" row in Database Tools to modify the tag display name. You can easily tell from the names what data they record.
