Duplicate todos are not being updated properly

Example I submit a todo 'code' and then add another todo 'code'. Now if I update any one todo for example change one of the 'code' todo to 'coding' it updates it and also adds another 'code' todo as well. This is probably because of it is not being managed by key. Work on similar todo bug or create a validation that the user should not be able to add the same todo.
