Flight form cancellation and ghost wolf toggle mode

Using the latest github alpha and now seeing these problems:

1. Flight form will not cancel while in the air like it did previously. I have the unsafe options set correctly, but it still won't cancel.
2. Ghost wolf defaults to using one press even though the toggle option is on.
3. Had the problem again with the recently closed ticket Stag form instead of ground mount in SoO #13 . Posted an updated comment in that ticket.

Please open a separate issue per problem.

1. Looking into it.
2. Toggle mode will never work with Ghost Wolf because of the limitations of macros (i.e. macro cannot detect auras, only shapeshift forms).

A temporary work around if anyone else is having the problem, it will cancel correctly if you are at ground level, just not in the air.

Flight form isn't being canceled for me either.
