Fix 'trusted-click-element' — scriptlet does not work for the first time in the open shadow DOM on filialen.santander.de

So, the problem, as the title says. It does not matter whether I use MV2, MV3 extensions or even the app. Adding the delay does not help.
STR:

1. Leave only AdGuard Base filter
2. Add this rule filialen.santander.de#%#//scriptlet('trusted-click-element', '#usercentrics-root >>> button[data-testid="uc-accept-all-button"]')
3. Open the site from the report above in the Incognito tab
4. You'll see the cookies
5. Refresh the page
6. Now they are gone

Expected behaviour - you don't see the cookies on the p.4.
If you check it in the app, first, remove santander.de from the HTTPS exclusion list, then do the rest.
