Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable WiFi - voWifi works after 2 seconds
  2. Enable Adguard protection - voWifi still works
  3. Disable WiFi
  4. Enable Wifi - voWiFi not work at all
  5. Disable adguard protection
  6. Disable WIFI
  7. Enable Wifi - voWifi works again

Expected Behavior

I expect voWifi to reconnect after connecting to wifi when Adguard is running.

Actual Behavior

voWifi works if it was connected before adguard was turned on. If the wifi is disconnected and Adguard is enabled voWifi will not reconnect

Additional Information

Phone service provider is Orange PL mnc003 mcc260.

I turned off all protection like ad blocking, tracking, annoying items, dns protection, firewall, safe browsing and it didn't help.

I added the current ip to the exclusions as instructed in this thread, but that didn't help either, and besides, there are already added ip for Orange PL by default.

I added the IDs of all system packages to the package exclusions and UIDs for the test because I don't know which ones are responsible for voWiFi, but this also did not solve the problem.

On my other phone - Pixel 8 Pro voWiFi and Adguard works ok on the same sim.
