Adguard android not changing DNS settings

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select DNS server to quad9
2. Check phone DNS and IP settings
3. Select Open DNS
4. Check phone DNS and IP address in settings > network and Internet > Internet > connection details

Expected Behavior

DNS settings should update after a different DNS server has been selected.

Actual Behavior

DNS settings remain the same from my ISP.
