How to make a package?

It seems Adept does have a package manager, only that I can't find it. Here is an example of a package:

The stash registry is hosted at https://github.com/AdeptLanguage/AdeptLanguage.github.io/blob/master/v1/adept.stash and to make a package you can make a PR with your package information.

Inside the stash registry https://github.com/AdeptLanguage/AdeptLanguage.github.io/blob/master/v1/adept.stash there is the children object which maps package names to their stash file. A package's stash file contains the instructions for how to download it's source code into the current directory.

For example, you can take a look at the base64 package. It has its source code uploaded to the repo (although any repo works) and has a stash file that says how to install it.

The stash file contains the package name, package version, minimum adept stash version (which is always 1), a host URL for where to find the files to download, and a procedure that says how to install the package.

The procedure for this package for example, creates a folder in the current directory called base64, and then downloads a file base64.adept from the host URL and puts it in base64/base64.adept relative to the current directory.
