Being our idea that MEP will be deployed as a new module of OSM, it will be necessary to find a way of deploying it as so, in the moment of deployment of OSM.

My idea at the moment is to edit the scripts which install OSM, and to include the deployment of MEP. However, this deployment will be optional i.e., the MEP will only be deployed if it is needed for the use case in question (in practice, this can translate to having a new flag on the deployment script: if the flag is present, MEP is installed, if not, it is not deployed)
