Improve launchpad UI

• Overall improvment: Aligned the Button of create token, the menu below too, maybe add SORT and Filter
• Pool card: Benchmark of Pump dot fun and others launchpad for the data need in the Card.
• Pool Card: add liq raised and threshold liquidity like a Slider in the Launch detail
• Slider improve: a slippage tolerance of 2 percent with a specific color to say it's the minimal to be launched like:
  Example: threshold liquidity = 10 so slipage with color red is 9.8
• Improve token card
