criteria.isCommander is janky and Pauper Commanders (i.e. legendary uncommons) are no longer listed as legal in that format. I'm not set on what to do about that, but it probably involves adopting Leadership Skills, appending pauper commander data and maybe marking pauper commands as restricted in the format, and tweaking queries accordingly.
