Feature Request: Add effective date of Rules to a prominent location

I'd be very appreciative if the rules in the app stated their effective date somewhere easy to see, since Wizards updates rules every quarter or so and I'd like to be sure that I'm looking at the most recent revision. Thank you for considering this request.

Fair! I'm stripping out the introduction, which includes the effective date, and that's not great. It has been a long while since I've messed with rules code, but maybe it would be possible to add the introduction as a Section 0 or something like that.

I also don't really have time right now to maintain Familiar, which is a bummer. I'll keep the ticket open, but I have no idea when I'll get around to it.
