Note: To support our ongoing RFI monitoring efforts, any feedback from your
program on RFI can be sent to: [email protected]
The key information to provide is:

  • Observation/project code
  • Frequency and Time of the observations
  • The characteristics of the RFI signal, in particular if it is continuous or
    intermittent?
  • If possible, a spectrum of the RFI should be included in the e-mail.
Thanks very much for your support; this information will be continuously
updated on the EVLA science pages at:

Issues noted but not flagged by staff:

  • Low gain amps in ea12 from A0C0.
  • Low amps in CGC’s uvwave plot.

Flagging Summary

  • ea02, ea07, and ea12 were all flagged in at least one cmz field by the pipeline

Task Summary

  • Flux density bootstrapping and spectral index fitting has a QA score of 0.90 (Max rms of the residuals is 0.005411147773873144)

Stage 13 Plots

Final Amp Time Cal Plots

  • ea12 has low gain amps and the data diverges here:
    Image
  • ea28 has an odd plot pattern compared to the straight nature of the other antennae:
    Image

Final Amp Freq Cal Plots

  • ea12 and ea28 plots have odd data spreads:
    Image
    Image

Final Phase Gain Cal Plots

  • ea12 plot has odd behavior (again, this antenna was noted but not flagged by the staff for low gain amps):
    Image

Stage 17 Plots

  • calibrated phase vs time for all calibrators
    Image

  • Some fall. off data points in the field 1 calibrator:
