Things to add

affiliations.tex - a comprehensive list of affiliations associated with the ACES team
authors_signup.tex - a file to import into any ACES paper template to allow authors to sign up to the paper
macros.tex - a list of macros to be used in papers (units, abbreviations, formatting etc)
packages.tex - a list of packages to import into all ACES papers

Anything else to add @keflavich ?

Not immediately.

Instructions for use might be:

git clone https://[email protected]/<project>
cd <project>
cp /path/to/TeXtemplates/*tex .
git add affiliations.tex authors_signup.tex macros.tex packages.tex
git commit -m 'add template materials'
git push
