The en_UK/plugin.lang.php file exists but contains no string.
I made it this way because piwigo does not need it to display default en_UK strings, but looks like translators did not get it.
Sorry for that, I may have to change my way...

I have just populated en_UK plugin.lang.php as it looks obvious en_UK is the reference language to translate in others.
