Hello 7floor

First of all I must give you thanks for this mod, it really improved my MTCD unit sound quality, specially in FM radio where android treble/bass filters or equalizers like ViperFX doesn't apply.

I'm planning to do the mod in my new MTCD PX5 unit with Android 6.0 but I don't know if it should work. In any case I have been using it in an MTCD PX3 headunit (Android 5.1) but it had some minor but annoying bugs:

1-UI stopped message when unit cold start. Solved by using a modified 2.0.5 version found elsewhere (no source code available, I think it's from DSA8310).

2-No GPS mix or GPS mute when playing FM Radio. Volume from radio doesn't mute/reduce when GPS indications are played, if playing music from Android GPS mix/mute works ok. The same applies to reverse gear mute/attenuation: it doesn't work. Very annoying.

I would try to update the app by myself but mi programming skills are very limited (some C# and VB coding). Anyway there are still a lot of people enjoying your mod so I encourage you to update it a bit if it were possible.

Regards.

Hi. Unfortunately, I'm not interested in this project anymore. I own a different car since long time now, and I never return to these Chinese head units, for several reasons.
Someone else have to continue work on this project. I made it open for that.

Hi

Thanks for your response anyway. I will continue to mess with chinese headunits for a while yet.

Regards.
