Address book is not updating

What happened?

When user tried to add an entry, change the name of an entry or delete an entry in the Address book, the changes are not saved/updated (after refreshing the page).

User tried to deleting an entry from the address book and it gets correctly deleted from the local storage, but then, a few seconds after, without any interaction from the user's part, the local storage gets updated with the deleted entry again.

User is using the latest version of Chrome on MacOS (already tried clearing data for the site/clear cache but issue still persists)
