FortiGate Azure Marketplace Release

Custom VHD and ARM CPU support

In this releases we have added the support for a VHD upload from support.fortinet.com. This includes both ARM CPU images as well as x86 images and custom builds. These images need to be uploaded using an Azure Compute Gallery.
