拖动进度条出现崩溃问题，而且给出实例方法太少了。。。播放视频的时候会少一秒，拖动进度条会跳

楼主使用MPMoviePlayerController将在iOS9后过期。而且该播放器过于轻量级，求楼主放出AVPlayer的播放器框架哦
