The R community, particularly folks who have a micro-community at work -- like 2DII.

Why is this important?

This talk is strongly focused on lessons I learned while working at 2DII. It is important for 2DII folks because I mention some of my colleagues, and for the broader R community because the ideas I share can make their work better.

What should be covered?

A demo of the talk I prepared for the conference ConectaR 2021, followed by written feedback.
