Who is the audience?

Anyone who uses GitHub.

Why is this important?

I've focused on the so called "Fork" remote-setup but another common setup is the so called "Ours" (common remote setups).

What should be covered?

  • Compare remote setup “Ours” versus “Fork of ours”.
  • Understand the remote setup “Ours”.
  • Discuss pros and cons, and how to make it safe.
  • Learn how to switch from the remote setup “Ours” to “Fork” and back.
