Who is the audience?

This presentation is for anyone who is interested in a Daily Stand-up as a way to improve communication and collaboration in their team.

Why is this important?

Daily stand-ups are a good way for teams to communicate their progress, and any issues that might arise. They are a quick communication, following a template that highlights the most important information. This allows the team to better work together by collaborating on points of difficulty, and ensuring that nobody get "stuck"
