Who is the audience?
Anyone who produces plots in a team may be want know what tools there are and why they should use one or another. At 2DII we have people with experience in many popular tools. It would be great to discuss which tool is the best fit for what job.
Why is this important?
[@jdhoffa and I] think it is important to make a more conscious decision about the language we use for various projects going forward and what the options are -- @Clare2D
What should be covered?
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
