Battery Icon Missing in System Preferences in a Clean Installed Monterey 12.2.1 on HP 9470m Ivy Bridge Laptop. But it is working in Monterey Upgraded from Big Sur. This laptop can only used ACPIBatteryManager in order to work.

ECEnabler kext is loaded on both installations.

How should I troubleshoot it?
