Create syntax grammar file

There currently already is a sublime-syntax file available for the custom Hawkejs syntax, but it still contains many bugs.
This also is of no use for people using VS Code.

I don't really feel like creating multiple implementations for the same thing, so maybe see if Iro is stable enough to be used? (Though that would mean there needs to be a HTML & JavaScript file written for it, too :/)
