Update... Provided mysudo with the ask that a number in one Mysudo profiles was to be ported out to a different carrier. Mysudo will verify the number belongs to your profile in your account. Then Mysudo contacts their third party telephony service provider to obtain a PIN to complete the porting process. This step may take a day or so depending on when you make the request. Next provided Mysudo with Telnyx's number porting guide step by step while Mysudo awaits to hear back from the third party telephony service provider. There is a CSR information, the phone number to be ported out, and a PIN that Mysudo gives you. Telnyx requires a little more information about billing information, and proof that you own the number, and a LOA form (basically an authorization to initiate a port request) for Telnyx to be completed. A screen shot cropped to show the number within your Mysudo app profile of the number to be ported out was sufficient, and a screen shot of the subscription page within your Mysudo app profile that shows when your Mysudo subscription is set to renew was sufficient. Finally, for the Telnyx LOA form you add the information that Mysudo gives you including the CSR, the number to be ported out, the PIN MySudo gives you, and populate the form sign and date and Telnyx processes the request. |
